Will I receive a design proof before production?
Yes. Before production begins, you'll receive a digital design proof for review. We only start production after you've explicitly approved it.
Can I request changes to the design?
Yes. Any desired changes can be communicated before the design is approved for production. Our team will adjust the design accordingly and send you a new version for review.
What backing options are available?
Depending on the patch type, different backing options are available, such as sew-on, iron-on, or with hook-and-loop. The available options will be displayed during the configuration process.
What file formats can I upload?
You can upload common image and graphic files. If your file is not ideal for production, we will check it during the free design check and help you prepare it.
How long does production take?
The production time depends on the patch type, quantity, and design. After you approve the design, production begins. You can then track the current status through your customer account.
Is express shipping possible?
Yes. Depending on the destination and production status, express shipping is possible. We use DHL and UPS, among other services, for fast deliveries.
